The property was fairly clean with pleasant and exceptional staff. The hotel was luxury and in a central location. Besides, we were adjacent to golf course, Lapland UK, and the restaurant before 9 pm.

The hotel had good location near to a nice golf course, the bar/restaurant and the racecourse and the restaurant. The staff were superfriendly and the breakfast was very good with fruit, yogurt and granola. In general the service was friendly.

The hotel is in a great location for the horse racing, just a short taxi ride or a 30-minute walk away. The rooms were massive and spotlessly clean, with incredibly comfortable beds. The hotel offers fantastic service and excellent value for money. The bar and restaurant were also top-notch, with a wide selection of menu options for various dietary needs.
There were some mixed reviews about the dinner food, with a few guests mentioning underwhelming dishes and issues with temperature.
